CORRECTION

In the Materials and methods section ‘Expression of isolated cDNA in Pichia pastoris’, the sequences of primers given to amplify the mature part of Lp6G-FFT are incorrect.

The correct sequence of PIC6GFFT-F is:

5'-GTCCGGAATTCGCCGACGGCGGCTTCCCGTGGA-3'

The correct sequence of PIC6GFFT-R is:

5'-GACGCTCTAGACTACATGTCGTCAGCCAAGAAG -3'
