Cover illustration:Fluorescence microscopy of mesophyll cells from Arabidopsis thaliana expressing EGFP fused to the transit peptides of
plastocyanin (PC/EGFP) or the 16 kDa subunit of the oxygen-evolving system of PSII (16/EGFP). EGFP fluorescence alone or both EGFP
and chlorophyll fluorescence superimposed on differential interference microscopy images are successively displayed above each other.
